3. Services and Quotes
3.1 Service Areas
We serve the entire Las Vegas valley including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Green Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, Lake Las Vegas, and surrounding neighborhoods in Clark County, Nevada.
3.2 Pricing Displayed on Website
Prices shown on our website (including the AI chatbot Drip) are general ranges for typical Las Vegas-area jobs. Posted prices are estimates, not binding quotes. Actual pricing for your specific job depends on:
- Complexity and accessibility of the leak or issue
- Property size and configuration
- Materials required
- Permits and inspections needed
- Whether the job is during regular hours or after-hours
- Unforeseen conditions discovered during diagnostic inspection
3.3 Estimates and Quotes
- Phone estimates: Free. We provide a verbal price range before driving to your property.
- On-site estimates: Free for most jobs. We may charge a diagnostic fee for complex leak detection, which is credited toward the work if you proceed.
- Written quotes: Provided in writing for jobs over $1,500 or upon request.
3.4 Scope of Service
The scope of work is defined in our written estimate or invoice. Work outside the agreed scope requires a Change Order (Section 7).
4. AI Chatbot ("Drip")
Our website features Drip, an AI-powered chatbot powered by YelloPost AI. Drip provides general information about our services, pricing guidance, and lead capture.
4.1 Limitations of Drip
- Drip's responses are AI-generated and may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete guidance.
- Pricing discussed with Drip is an estimate only — actual pricing requires on-site diagnostic.
- Drip does not have the authority to bind the company to contracts, quotes, or schedules.
- Drip cannot diagnose specific plumbing issues remotely with full accuracy.
4.2 Do Not Rely on Drip for Emergencies
Call (702) 682-1626 immediately. Shut off your main water valve if there is active flooding. Photograph damage for insurance.
4.3 Verification by Our Team
Any scheduling, quotes, or commitments discussed with Drip are subject to verification by Matt or our team. Service is only confirmed when our team contacts you by phone or email.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
5.1 Booking
Appointments are scheduled by phone, email, contact form, or AI chatbot, and are confirmed by our team. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Matt or our team.
5.2 Service Windows
We typically schedule a 2-hour arrival window. We will call you when the technician is en route — usually 15-30 minutes before arrival.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation with at least 4 hours notice for standard appointments.
- Same-day or emergency dispatch: Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a $95 trip charge.
- No-show: Repeated no-shows may result in declined future service or required pre-payment.
5.4 Rescheduling
Reschedule by calling (702) 682-1626 or emailing [email protected]. We do our best to accommodate same-day reschedules but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Cash
- Personal or business check
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Most digital payment methods (Zelle, Apple Pay)
6.2 Payment Due

6.3 Late Payment
Invoices unpaid 30 days after completion may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annual) and may be referred to collections.
6.4 Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge, contact us within 14 days at [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute.
7. Change Orders
If during the course of work we discover conditions requiring work outside the original scope, we will:
- Stop work (if practical) before proceeding
- Explain the additional work needed and why
- Provide a written or verbal change order with revised pricing
- Obtain your authorization before continuing
Common reasons for change orders: previously hidden damage discovered after opening walls or slabs, code violations requiring correction, additional leaks found during repair, or property conditions different than initially described.
8. Permits & Inspections
Certain work requires permits from Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, or other jurisdictions:
- Mainline replacement: Typically requires a permit
- Whole-house repipe: Always requires a permit
- Water heater replacement: Required in most jurisdictions
- Slab leak repair: Sometimes required depending on jurisdiction
When permits are required, we pull them on your behalf and coordinate inspections. Permit fees are billed at cost. Inspection passes are required before final invoice.

- You have rights and protections under Nevada lien law, including the right to demand a release of lien upon payment.
12. Emergency Service
- Emergency service is available 24/7 for active leaks, burst pipes, no water, and sewage backups.

13. Insurance Claims
- We provide detailed leak reports, photos, thermal imaging, and pressure test results for insurance claims at no additional charge with most service.
- You are responsible for filing your own claim with your carrier.
